I bet against cardiff every derby, it softens the blow if we dont win and if we win then couldnt care less about the bet.

i have bet on swansea.
most ive done is bet on a cardiff draw, never to lose

Makes sense, I'd find it hard to though as I wouldn't feel I'm supporting them 100%.

no part of me wants to win the money. still 100% supporting cardiff.
look at it as life insurance policy with the love of your life. you would never want her to die for a bit of cash but if the worst does happen then getting money out of a terrible situation has got to be better than getting nothing out of it.

Ah but what about the prospect of Cardiff winning and having a bet on them?

Only once bet against cardiff, last season when southampton played us down the city staduim, southampton on great run and we kept drawing, never been glad to lose a bet so much when we beat them

I've got a wurzel mate who bets on a Cardiff win every week in the hope he turns out to be a bad omen....
