Huddersfield at Home,Danger Threats,Excited for new Season!

Wed Aug 15, 2012 10:44 pm

Firstly I am very excited about the new season and very confident of promotion. I cant wait to get under way and Malky has done a very good job with signing's of the likes of mutch, bellamy and co. I think we will have a great chance of winning the league although i think Wolves or Blackburn will.Anyway i think our starting 11 will be:
Marshall,Taylor,Turner,Hudson,Kev,Whitts,Cowie,Gunnarsson,Mutch,Bellamy,Velikonja.
But i dont no if he will play 4-4-2 instead with helguson upfront with Etien and on the bench mutch? But he is a class act and im stuck but still whatever the team.
Huddersfield's threats; The only threat they got really i think is the Jordan Rhodes. He was immense in League 1 but it's a big step up to the Championship to score 30 odd goals in a season  . Otherwise only Adam Clayton looks quite bright signed from dirty Leeds but havent seen much of him. A good thing also for us will be if Anthony Gerrard plays who recently left us for the Terriers if he plays i think he's a bit of a weakness at the back so fingers crossed he plays
But overall I think we will run out a comfortable 3-1 victory with Gunnarsson scoring first Then Velikonja,Second half and Rhodes scores for them but then a Whittingham special seals the game!

Whatever the result as long as we win and were top of the Championship on Friday Night i will be very happy.

BLUEBIRDS! :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Someone on a another thread ask what our (Terriers) line-up would be!

Smithies or Bennett
Hunt, Gerrard, Lynch, Dixon,
Southern, Norwood,
Scannel, Clayton, Higginbotham,
Rhodes.

or even

Smithies or Bennett
Hunt, P. Clarke, Lynch, Dixon,
Southern, Norwood,
Novak, Clayton, Scannell,
Rhodes.

Attacking formations the pair of 'em! :D
