Have We signed Filip Kiss on a Permanent deal?

On BBC Sport i was just checking the City home page on there and in our new singings column it's like this:
Cardiff City's new signings
Craig Bellamy
Heidar Helguson
Etien Velikonja
Joe Lewis
Jordan Mutch
Kim Bo-Kyung (awaiting work permit)
Filip Kiss
So we had Kiss on-loan last season and he's had a great pre-season. So have we signed him on a permanent basis?
If we did i would be very happy,he's a very good player!
