I no he isnt our player or anything but as we are one of the first games live of the upcomeing season i really think it would be a great tribute if we did the "Fabrice Muamba" chant as a sign of respect to him and to the footballing world what you guys think?? if you dont on the most recent news is that hes annocnce his retirement

It would be nice however I don't see the point, where does it stop otherwise? Will every club across the land be expected to do the same. Although his playing career is over I would expect to see him remain in football in some sort of capacity. Good luck to the lad but personally I don't see the point in wasting our time chanting his name, we need to focus on cheering our own players/team on.

Dont see why we should do anything, the worlds gone mad what next chants and one minute's applauses for players with stubbed toes

FFS. You need to shake yourself. Thousands and thousands of people die or have seizures every day. Too be honest I never heard of him till his misfortune.Would you expect him to worry about you ???

hes not dead, hes not even ill. he has his health now and will need to find another job. its a shame but certainly doesnt warrant a tribute
