Thanks for your concern, but I'll do what I want with my money. I appreciate money is tight these days for many and I too feel the pinch however it's my prerogative what I spend my money on. It's not as if I'm pissing it away as I feel this is a pretty safe bet

The purpose of me posting this thread was to highlight the excellent odds available for this game. Pompey's unique circumstance and Bournemouth potent attacking line up mean this games look's like a mismatch. Whether I decide to back it or not is my choice, I'm just putting it out there for others to see and make their own decision.

In friendlies you don't have to register any trialists or anything they had players like Djalili and McLeod playing for them who are decent lower league players, in the cup they couldn't register any of these and they got beat 3-0 by Plymouth didn't they?

I'm a high roller, do my accumulator every Saturday and put down 50p, before the credit crunch I did a quid, times are hard so I cut back by 50%.

Biggest win was £35 oh and my only win.

Pompey have registered 10new players and some are quite decent and it's at fratton park. I can see them getting a draw at least.

Yeh they've got some decent players in there team like Williamson who scored 13 goals for Sheff United last year, Dumbuya who was decent for Donny, Brian Howard who has always been a decent Championship player, Izale McLeod who had a great record in league two, Luke Rodgers who was a decent striker in the MLS and others as well, they've got a goalkeeper Anderson on loan from Reading a Chelsea midfielder Clifford on loan, heard they might be getting Tom Soares from Palace and Josh Thompson from Celtic who would both be good at that level.

I have to admit sounds a good punt and i am very tempted myself only bet occasionally and then on decent odds which only come along now and then so might have a little tickle myself good luck.

im not a big gambler. say i put 20p each way , what will i get back, im not looking to retire, but maybe a holiday to barbados for the family
