EXPECTING TROUBLE AT NORTHAMPTON

What a welcome, they wouldn't even let our stewards into the ground, they had to scrounge tickets to get in, pubs around shut from Cardiff fans and police on high alert.

It was a bit like stepping back in time ten years, really haven't given us any credit for making such strides, our travelling fans at what is a low profile game are exemplary, couldn't meet a nicer bunch.

Because we were getting tonked 1-5 on aggregate and we wanted revenge for what happened before the game.

And before you start that we were a disgrace to the club I was only a kid then. It was part and parcel of youth culture at the time

the rover pub was very welcoming to us last night ....i met luton bluebird and a few fans for the first time there ....they even let us get food from a take away and eat in the bar

No problems with drinking in The Sixfields before the game, which I assume is their local. There were about 20 Cardiff in there, some wearing colours, Police came in for a nosey, but that was it.
