Cardiff Gets Everything - Cardiff TV Station

I see all bids are in for the new 20 local tv channels that were offered by the government.

All but two of the channels had bidders with Cardiff getting two bids, Bristol getting one bid and Swansea getting none. Both Swansea and Plymouth, the other station with no bids will now not get a station in this round of licences,
