Too right. The olympics has been superb for Britain.

On that logic, Australia has approximatley 20 million people and won 7 golds and 35 medals (GB had 65) overall - and its been an appaling games for Oz.

When you bear in mind GB was at home (usually 50% extra medals can be added to any host), then Australia didn't do too badly either, despite the GB media trying to rub it in they have.

Its been brilliant and made me proud to be British

Has been an amazing two weeks of sport, some fantastic stories and incredible athletes. Been a pleasure to watch and all in our own country. Quick mention to Rory winning the US open 2nite the success continues
