VT running the DVLA?

Had a letter from the DVLA yesterday with a new V5C vehicle registration certificate. The new one is Red replacing the old Blue version. Still trying to stomach the shirt change then this, give us a break Vince! That said went down today and was impressed by our performance especially 1st half
