so how true is this rumour about Owen then? people saying that they've seen him around Cardiff and that he's odds on to be joining Cardiff?

don't think he's malkys sort of player tbh! more concerned about horses than football, probably a big ego, injury prone! but honestly if our medical team could keep him fit and limit his injuries, and that we got him on a pay-as-you play contract under £35k then he will defo score 15+ goals!... great coup or an expensive mistake!

i wouldn't be happy if he signed and it wasn't on a pay as you play contract... put him on one of them and if he gets injured what are we losing? he has the ability and we'll only be paying for when he plays, win win!

If he plays he scores, even now at the highest level; at Championship level if he was on the pitch he'd knock them in for fun. Can't really see him dropping down though myself

keep it on the floor you don't need a tall striker! some pacy wingers (we now got) and a talented midfield (which we also got) and a striker (any height) who got an eye for goal and that's a team!... we only need a tall striker if malky wants us to play hood ball!

With Gestede in and out then hopefully theres one about.. it doesn't hurt to have a tall striker.
