Ennis is'nt even the best female chief Laura Trott outshone her imo double gold medalist in the omnium and team pursuit she was born with a collapsed lung and is an asthmatic what an athlete.

Both amazing......never seen a distance runner react like Farah when challenged, seems always able to find more. Ennis's achievements shouldn't be underestimated and I'd definitely add Ben Ainslee.... What an Olympian!!!!

Both are incredible athletes, but it's like trying to compare apples and oranges in my opinion. You can't really compare.

Wiggins without doubt. I would say that as a keen cyclist . I never thought he could win the tour to be honest, but he had it in the bag from the early stages barring bad luck. Track cycling is like another sport to road cycling . Sir Hoy could never win any major road race. Wiggins has won golds on track and road and the Tour de France, considered to be one of the toughest sporting events on the planet. Mo is a great athlete and if I was into distance running I would vote him. Jess Ennis was expected to win and win she did. She is the nations darling and could win . My choice is , Wiggo 1st, jess 2nd, Mo 3rd. Foreign winner Michael Phelps. Bravery award Oscar Pretorious, heart of a lion
