Can you hear that?

Fri Aug 10, 2012 11:40 pm

That rustling noise? It's the old guard, the bastions of the club my generation of lads who have sadly past away turning in their graves. We are now no more than a Malaysian franchise, the CCS is the worst thing to happen to us we used to ooze charm and atmosphere as a club.

RIP the old boys Il be there to join you one day and more importantly RIP CARDIFF CITY. You have been laid to rest in a plastic coffin.

A wise old Bluebirds going to bed tonight a very very sad man.

I understand your sentiments completely and agree with them. I can even cope with the excessive exaggeration in every post, but, can you stop using the passing away of families loved ones as a way of highlighting your point.

Having had a brother in law who was one of those old guard fanatics of Ninian Park and passed away all too early, I can safely say that there are many, many more important issues, mainly within the family unit that causes us to wish he was still with us or would cause him to, as you put it, turn in his grave.

The issue of Cardiff City is minor in the grand scheme of things. It is important, however, as death touches you, you understand that it pales in comparison.

I raise a class to your Grandfather tonight, a fallen Bluebird.

A generation before my time perhaps, judging by your picture I am not old enough to be your Father unless we are going by Fairwater standards where the average Grandfather is aged 25.
