Why would it say away shirt on the tag, when we're told it's the home shirt?

Definitely interesting. The badge doesn't look as bad actually on the shirt. Here's hoping to playing in blue at home.

Dum, Dum, Dummmmmmmmm........
Extremely unlikely, but I hope it turns out as one big hoax and that's our away kit

They decided to change it last minute....I know it. The brand identity is still red of course and red will be played whenever possible especially at prime time kick off's for Asian TV etc... but Blue will be classed as the official home kit.
Malky did say we had a surprise in store and its not Bellamy.

question is did Puma put the tags on or did thr club?... if it was puma then it probably says 'away shirt' because of the u-turn Tan done when he said we would play in blue at home! but if it was the club then we might be in for a pleasent suprise!

They were. But i beleive there is no rule against wearing blue home unless the other team has a away kit only with them

well, lets remember, City have played the majority of their pre-season friendlies in the blue kit!
(If I remember correctly, they only played one game in red? I could be wrong though)
