i dont know what bonuses would be,agreed not in bellamys league but i guess the players in the team are not in bellamys league....i work in construction and most of the time i work on price so if i dont do the work,idont get the money...maybe this type of system could be adopted,,,a small weekly wage and the rest made up of bonuses....just an idea
