New Defenders

Some people on this forum have been saying that we need atleast two defenders, maybe 3 if Darcy moves on, whats the chances on us bring one in? And how good are the defenders that are in the youth academy? and could they do a job for us if we get a lot of injuries? Players like Nugent and Oshilaja?
