Known Declan for many years and if he keeps his eye on his football he is a talent. one thing to take into account even thou he is a 2nd year scholar he has only just turned 17 so the youngest of the bunch

One thing he does have is speed and a cocky confidence and if he can control his cockyness and direct it in the right direction of all the scholars I rate him the highest
