Fantasy Football Help

I'm looking for a free fantasy football league that I can privately create, but within that league, for example rooney can only be on one team in that league, not the others, so you start off by bidding or something. Rooney doesn't teams within one league, so I kind of want it, realistic if you like?

Anyone know of anything along the lines of this??
