A forum for all things Cardiff City

Looking at my accumulator for next season, so far, going for:-
League 2 - Fleetwood
League 1 - Sheff Utd.
Prem - Man City
But I'm struggling with the championship as I usually do, (Last Year only West Ham let me down). I'm not saying I would bet on Cardiff but lets see who can give me 3 good reasons that you could win the Championship next season. Only a thread for discussion, might take your minds off Red/Blue arguments for a bit

1. Peter Whittingham
2. Craig Bellamy
3. Malky Mackay

See, in my mind, Malky Mackay would be top of that list...

On my accumulator I went for -
Premier League - Man City
Championship - Bolton
League 1 - Coventry City
League 2 - Wycombe (although the way both Rotherham and Fleetwood seem to be signing players from higher divisions I may regret going for Wycombe).
I haven't bet on them yet but Newport look to be shaping up nicely for next season, maybe a long shot for the title but surely worth a punt at making it through the playoffs.

- Malky's the man
- We've got one of the strongest midfields in the league, not to mention Bellamy is very close to signing
- If we sign a couple defenders then we're sorted in that area for the season, also we've got a striker with the potential of scoring 15+ this season in Helguson
I wouldn't bet on us, definitely capable of top 6 again though.

Malky:
Will have a team prepared to fight for everything. Work together. Sweat blood
for the team. Last season I believe it was that which got us to the Play-offs...
Lets be fair, we lacked flair, penetration and width... yet we still made the
play-offs.
Add the skill levels of Bellamy, Kim Bo, Helgusson to the mix... and a couple
more yet to arrive
f**k Blackburn f**k Bolton and f**k Wolves.
The Blues are going up!!!!!!
