Alex Evans is certain to sign a short term deal with Oxford Utd this week after his departure from Cardiff.

Evans looked good on the 1 occasion I saw him at Oxford.

Watched Ibby a few times and no disrespect but lad will struggle to make it, it's a shame to see a local lad struggle to make grade but unfortunately lad would be decent conference/ league 2 player but have a feeling that'll be his level, good luck with Brum trials tho

Yeah Ibby was never good enough. Alex Evans I was more surprised at because I thought Malky rated him and when I saw him, he looked real good and I know the players really rated him.

The thing is that the bar is being raised higher all the time. If we are aiming for the PL then we need young players of that level.

From what I seen Farah and Evans both decent but not good enough for the final step up.
