Jason Koumas.

Was just thinking about different players who have played for us and Jason Koumas came to mind. What a talented player he was but one that never seemed to fulfill his obvious promise, on the last occasion he played for us he was never really used by Jonesy and when he did come on for the last 15 mins or so looked nothing like the player who showed such promise some years before. I was wondering if he's attached to a club for this coming season or is he just a free agent looking for a club to take a chance on him, shame really as he could've been a big noise in the Prem, a waste of a talent really. Leon Jeanne is another albeit he never really got out of the starting blocks.

Koumas was one of the most talented players I have ever had the privilege to watch down the City, and on his day there was nothing he couldn't do... It was such a shame that he couldn't turn it on week in and week out as he could easily have achieved so much more.... and his debut goal against Leeds will live long in my memory.... Thanks for that Jason....

Enjoyed the booze too much , story doing the rounds is when he was down here he use to go out on the piss in Bristol Friday nights to avoid DJ's radar great shame.
