I don't understand why Liverpool are buying him out of his contract, pressumably they want him off the wage bill but surely you'd expect them to say 'If you want to go back to Cardiff, it is you who has to take a financial hit'. Not complaining but just seems a bit odd of Liverpool.

I suppose the Treasury are getting a nice wedge of the cake, that's why they're not illegal. Your right though, they should be outlawed, cause far to much damage, shouldn't matter how much money they generate.

Havent got hold of it yet mate. Not sure I ever will tbh. Like an alchy I suppose. Lost a lump back in June Missus went bazookas, I went 30 days without a single bet then couple of weeks ago had a lapse, lost the plot again and gambling
like f**k again but last week fed up of losing I come clean and shes given me one final ultimatum.

5 days and counting. New seasons gonna be hard though I dont think ive missed a football coupin for 20 years!

My betting consists of one or two footy accas each weekend, which are no more than a fiver in total! and one lucky 15/31 on a saturday which is £3.10!

Feel sorry for people that get addicted to gambling, it's an illness/disease - people will have a go at those that put £££'s into machines without having experienced it themselves, addiction is tough to beat.
