Who's the youth scout

I currently have a youth player at my club who as been approached by Swansea city to go down to there training centre at landarcy, he's a great Player and I would say his upbringing is the reason why he ain't been spotted before, anyway who scouts for the youth team at cardiff as I would like cardiff to have a look first

City have a lot of scouts in the local areas around south wales for lads still in school ages, best bet is to ring the club and ask to speak with someone in ref to the lad. They will then send someome to look at him, or might just take him training with his age group at city or one of the satalite acadamies.
