McLeish was the best manager Villa have ever had.

I think Liverpool should have given him their job as he was available! :ayatollah:

Although Brenda is an acceptable substitute for him.

Their match today: 55% possession. only two shots on target over the whole game against FC Gomel

Although Rodgers has apparently taught Downing how to score which has landed me in deep shite tomorrow morning after having a heated debate over how shit Downing was with Liverpool fans at lunch today because he doesn't score or assist.

He wasn't meant to score a goal tonight! At least not in their net.

Ahwell at least I have the age old defence of "They're a shit team anyways".

Rodgers is much better manager than long ball McLeish

Young side featuring Sterling, Flanagan, an old Carragher who will hardly play under Rodgers, Borini who is just moved in, Spearing who is shite and won't start for Liverpool, etc.

Rodgers has already told LFC fans the league is all that matters and by the squad he put out tonight it looks like they aint taking the EL seriously to be honest.
