I missed the anthem?

What happened?

Listened to Talkshite and they have been gagging all day on it...

I emailed them saying
"Olympians have been not singing the anthem for years,why is it such a big deal now?
Because football is involved!!!
GIGGS and Bellamy never sing the welsh anthem, why would the sing any other?
How many NON English Brits have finished on the podium and not sang the anthem?

Probably 99% of them.

As for the Potetial Booing,well I don't condone it however the English can't really gripe when they be known to sing there own anthem during opposing sides anthem....
