Cardiff City’s new £2m South Korean star set to face Huddersfield Town

KIM BO-KYUNG, Cardiff’s newest signing, is being tipped by a South Korean teammate to be a major hit.

The £2m winger fired his country’s winner in their 2-1 Olympic success against Switzerland.

And teammate Ki Sung-yueng, who plays for Celtic, said: “Bo-kyung is one of our aces – I believe he will be a success for Cardiff.”

Kim signed a three-year contract with the Bluebirds only a few days before his Olympic match-winning moment and is set to face Town in the first game of the Championship campaign on Friday, August 17.

Thought we had to get the work permit sorted first, and I heard that can't be done until he's out of the country. So I am hoping S.Korea get knocked out asap. I know it's wrong but I am hoping team GB get knocked out too just so we can finally see if Bellamy is coming back :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

I read that he had to return to Japan after the Olympics until he gets his international clearance
