does he still have it to be a first choice centre half in the prem league? can he still do a job at international level?

Wow a football thread, goog signing for them, I think he's still got it for all levels as you put it, strong in the air, not to slow eithers and will chuck his body on the time for all sorts of tackles.

thats what i was thinking, hes def a no nonsense centre back and always puts his body on the line...

Cracking signing but not sure if he will be playing football for four years though, generally though, a brilliant signing

Very good player IMO definetly can do it in the prem and at international but in 4 years time I doubt it.

Wish he would have come home

Very good in the air, but always on the floor, doesn't read the game or passs well. It always seems that he is reacting to a situation rather than already being there, so he has to do a last second challenge.

Built like a barn door though.

I think he's a cracking player
