Sam wants £10m + £5m if we go up since the rebrand.

Its strengthened his hand.

I knew this would happen. Thats it now, I'm no longer reluctantly accepting red.

KCB campaign here I come. I gave them time to sort this debt out, they've gone back on it so now I'm peeved.

if its not done the malaysians have a huge backlash on there hands! obviously it went tits up because carl would of said something other than "ill tell you what happend when im home" in other words, ill tell you why it went wrong  i was a reluctant red, but theyre walking a very thin line if they think theyre taking us for a ride again

Re: NO DEAL-LANGSTON

10m put aside for the langstone debt and Sam has moved the goal posts by adding 5m now, Sam keeping us in the shit still then it seems if this is true

I guess thats why the transfers have died down.

never the less they will just leave the debt with us and do a bunker once they make their piece.
I'd rather have welsh owners and be in the glan taff district league,
we'd even get a game

At the moment Cardiff City F.C hold the debt and not VT as he is noy yet majority shareholder. He could call Hammams bluff and wait til 2016 or simply he knows Langstone will have to accept what he offers as they might end up with nowt :?:

Sorry to be so harsh but bollocks.

Isnt it easy to say £10million set aside for a debt that is worth £37milion.

But you won't give credit for the person who is ready to write the debt down to £10million and £5million paid on promotion.

Re: NO DEAL-LANGSTON

where the f**k do we go from here then? call the investment off, lets not owe these men any more than we do before we are shafted!

Stop giving us tit bits then carl say it how it is  , vt said theres 10million set aside in his rebrand investment as we all know but you and annis have said sam wants ten million so whats the hold up as we was told on here by yourself and annis if it goes over the end of this month the deal could be totally off and im told it might be the full amount then the club will have to pay if its not done by 31st :?

Wrong.

The debt is due today and has been for at least 18 months.

As PTB said if VT is calling the shots then he should start firing.

I accepted the rebranding for the promise of a debt free club, not necessarily a PL club but certainly a debt free one regardless of our league standing.

Week by week the offers to settle Langston have risen but the structure of payment has changed as well.

But remember these words when I decide to tell the truth of the past few weeks, as much as the figures involved are massive and important to concluding a deal, the debt to equity swap IS the most important and deciding factor of the negotiations.

Thing is Carl, arguing about where that £37m came from aside given whats publicly quoted in the accounts, ;) , its worth nothing if VT pulls the plug. Sam knows that too, thats obvious even to us outsiders.

The problem VT has got is he's backed himself into a corner now due to the rebrand and promises. Hence the hasty addition of the extra £5m, a bit like Sams alleged last minute demands when he left.

Regardless, if it's £10 mil, it's been documented that that was set aside. A £5 mil promotion bonus is pennies in the grand scheme of the figures already mentioned and the promotion itself would cover that.

So we're going back to blue then? Wasn't the deal that we would go red if Langston is paid off? I'm not holding my breath

Thats what was quoted on here Carl. Annis said it in direct reply to me. 'Sam wants £10m then he can relax with his family on the beach'. No mention of the other £5m.

Tim, I agree that Langstons position has been strengthened by the rebranding.

I am not against VT, if he delivers and I am one fan who believes we should give him time to deliver but deliver he must.

Hang on, Sam built assets and accrued debt, exactly the same as VT is doing, are you shouting down VT for spending tens of millions adding to our already large debt?
