Nicky Maynard is an English footaller who plays for West Ham United in the Premier League as a striker and was born on the 11th December 1986. He is 5 ft 11.5 in tall so he is far for a Target Man.

Goal Record
Although his goal scoring record at West Ham has not really been brilliant with only 2 goals in 14 Appearances, No one can ingore what he did for Bristol City Fc with 45 goals in 124 a very good record in a tough division.

Why would he move from West Ham ?
Simple, He just got 14 appearances for West Ham last season in the Championship and it is very unlikely he will play in the top English Division.

Would he fit the bill ?
I think so, his goal record a Bristol City proves that he can score goals and that is just what we need. There was a rumours that he would cross the boarder over to us a coupe of years ago but back then we just could not afford him and know with Malky funds it makes a transfer more possible.

Seems decent enough player also never here'd of anything untoward of his private life so that could be someone who fits malkys criteria

Totally agree, I've never hears anything bad for his Private life like some other players like some other players that have been linked with you periously e.g. Marlon King , David Goodwillie

wish we went for billy sharp,nothing against maynard,if we sign him good but hes not the major signing everyone was putting out ,but could link up well

While he was at BCFC. He fucked off on holiday without the clubs backing in pre season. Whilst he was away he injured his knee! He wasnt insured and was out for most of the season.
