Doubt it, to much to be lost by to many people.

Absolutely certain about it. He can just about cover his £58 mill investment now by selling assets and redirecting income streams.

To put in another £17 million to keep us afloat for another season is business madness and knowing tans business acumen he isn't going to do that.

Any chance we can give the clubs finances a rest for a night its getting depressingly boring. Every thread ends up arguing about it

Do you have a link to say they can sell it? Or is that just rumour.

There is no reason to think they can't. Once hey turn debt to equity they will own the club, stadium included.

may own it but can they sell it thats the question!
shame cannot verify, but as one says the only way to find out is for it to happen! but i honestly believe there is something in place regarding stadium! like said is common knowledge council would not let us have stadium ect ect whilst sam was in charge common sense dictates they would have still put in place clauses about future of stadium just in case sam came back!

Completely differing scenarios. It's not a common clause so unless we know it's in there it would be wise to assume its not. And judging from the debt to equity, this also supports the notion.

Probably not. Depends on the market value of the players.

We have at least £15-£20 mill worth of players IMO. Which I think is fair. This tied in with the stadium makes around £60 million... The value of his investment.

This year is a free go at the stumps as it were. Fail to go up and there is no sense in spending £17 million you are probably not going to get back.

It's not how successful businessmen work. It's all about risk to reward ratio in investments and staying on certainly does not provide anything even closely resembling that.
