I suggest that after taking a look at the squads of Leicester, Bolton and wolves alone you will see we aren't strong enough with or without kimbo. I'd also suggest if it has been well documented that kimbo is available for £2.4m and he was any good... Don't you think someone better than us would have taken a punt?
Just a suggestion.

Obviously he is a good player otherwise he wouldn't have been selected for his countries Olympics and had his fellow south Korean ji sung park singing his praises. Just try and be positive for once. Leicester had a 'stronger' squad on paper last year and look where they finished. It's the team that gets you results and I think malky is going quietly about his business. He'll get the best out of him trust me

Why MUST he be good? It's essentially Korea U-23's. Ireland are above Korea in the rankings. Would you be as excited if we were signing an Irish u-23 international?
I think people are getting over excited about a guy who they have never seen before and played all his career so far in a terrible league.

Same could be said about joe Allen, Steven caulker and Neil Taylor for example. Does this mean they are poor players as they are below both S Korea and ireland. Are players such as Aron gunnarsson and gyfli siggurdsson poor players as their national teams are ranked poorly? The J league is actually a far better league than what people give credit for, the best in Asia by a mile. Can you recall a bad signing malky has made so far? Obviously he's had him watched and wouldn't jump in if he wasn't sure.

Caulker, Allen and Taylor have all attracted interest from top clubs. They have all played and succeeded in arguably the best league in the world and are selected in the Olympic squad in which they have free reign to include England players who are currently Ranked 4 in the world. Gylffi Sigurdson also comes under this bracket, succeeded in the best league in the world and attracted interest from top sides.

Everybody in football now knows they can get him for £2.5 mill and 18k a week.... Why is it then that with a premier league player singing his praises... Why is it that only we are in for him? Why is nobody else trying to hijack the deal considering the fact it's completely public and dragging on..

So you're trying to say that because it's man utd is ok? Man utd have made plenty of transfter disasters in my time so that doesn't change the situation at all. There were other clubs in for him and he decided on Cardiff as he didnt want to jump in at the deep end. It's his first club in europe, different culture etc so he wants to work up from there. A lot of players have done what he wants to do so 'premier league' clubs wouldn't bid as they know what he wants to do
