My ms is scouse and whilst I'm slowly trying to turn her as she lives down here now, her family are massive Liverpool fans and she has the kit and I have no problem with her wearing it.

When you go to other places do you not like to wear your city shirt with pride? Or do we have to stay living in Cardiff all our lives to be proper fans? I love travelling about and wearing my city shirt so fellow city fans can approach me, or even so I can be approached by (hopefully) friendly fans from other clubs wherever I might be.

My ms is lovely i promise you she ain't a dick!!! hehe

It's almost as the club has made virtually no outreach to Cardiff and the local areas in the past 50 years and when it would have paid off massively in the long run now have generations of institutionalised Liverpool, Man U and Arsenal fans.

If you have a massive population of people and consistently fail to try and reach out to them decade after decade. Don't be surprised that they look elsewhere for a club to support.

Fortunately in the past 2-3 years the club has started to do this properly.

Why do you only have to wear clothes associated to the city you are in? Does that mean I have to ditch my Boston celtics basketball jersey until I'm actually physically there? I really don't want to buy a UWIC one.

If everyone in Cardiff supported us we wouldn't have not sold out for west ham and would have 120,000 people trying to get tickets every week.
