Banks and Paypal

Thu Jul 19, 2012 11:15 am

Just wondering if anyone elses bank are refusing to work with Paypal due to the bad working relationship they've had..?

I'm trying to set up a ebay account and can only start selling if I open a paypal account. However the bank are telling me that they've took the decision to stop working with paypal for some unknown reason.

What bank are you with? I had sum1 hack my paypal lastweek and took £127 off me. I only recieved it back off them yesterday! I was shocked as pay pal is suppose to be super safe... maybe theres been alot of scams like mine recently and the banks have had enough of it!

Yea but once you are into the PayPal account you can basically redirect funds from your bank to PayPal to anyone.

That's worrying. I required a refund off a vendor last week and they told me to request the refund directly within Paypal because they don't have a working relationship with them, which I thought then to be very strange.
