It's because he's too injury prone. he can't stay fit in the Prem, never mind in a league where you can actually make contact with the opponent

I don't blame him for not dropping down

says a lot about him if he would rather sit on a bench twirling his thumbs doing fukall for the money he earns, rather than drop down a league and actually play some football in arguably the most competitive league in the world! Maybe he should think about retiring and concentrate on his donkeys if that's his attitude. The kunts ready for the knackers yard anyway.
