Millyand I are caerleon through and through! Though he has been spotted down the cewnty! Seriously though I am not the judgemental or name calling type, and every town centre attracts all sorts but, all the good decent looking folk were completely outnumbered by foul mouthed, bad attitude, ugly, dirty, scruffy, lazy looking, terribly dressed, very unhealthy, odd, spaced out looking types of all ages. Very very strange and beyond a joke. Closing down signs everywhere. Sad

Lots of town centres like that now, unfortunately and all the druggies are wandering around unhindered. Not sure where our police force has gone, but I haven't seen them. They must be waiting for the next protest or for the new football season to start.
