Signings

Not looking for a reaaction but just wondering do you get worries when the Malays say they are backing you for promotion and expect top 2 and you are taking a gamble onn Jordan Mutch and signing a centre half who's club got relegated? Dont get me wrong they could turn out to be great but when clubs such as Blackburn and Huddersfield are signing much more experienced players dont you think that these signings so far, dont back up the Malays claims? Just looking for views....

Only july 7th, nothing much we can do at the moment, and Keogh can be a gamble but look we bought Turner who had been out injured for a year and he still wasn't fully fit when he signed for us, he turned out being our best player last season. Another half a season or full season in the Championship and he'll be ready for the Premier League, he could even fit into a Premier League team now.

I thought that with Turner and Gunnarsson to be honest but I was ecstatic with them both, think of Joe Mason, bought him from a League 2 club for 250k, turned out absolutely quality with loads more to learn. Last season was more rebuilding, this season more quality we need but not much seems to be happening, saying that it's only july 7th and we can do nothing but wait.

I know exactly what you mean but if you listen to VT this season is built around going up, where as last season was different? and I agree go to Merthy's league, play in blue, sack Malky and put Alan Cork in charge and bring back Leo!

Yeah I agree there was a 3 year plan when we appointed Malky i'm guessing it was

1. Re-build
2. Promotion
3. Stay up

I may be wrong but I can't see it, there'll be tons of pressure on us this season, maybe even more pressure than DJ's last year involved.

Expecting quality players? These players we have are going to turn into quality players. So we dont need to much quality to be honest.

So how do you know this so called '£15million'?

He couldn't go up with the squad we had last season so how are they quality? To get notice do it on the pitch like Swansea have done,malky instead of saying get 5 quality players
