As Polo will state I was almost as big as him back last year!!! 
Anyway since Feb this year I have been going to the gym almost every day if not every other day and I tell you what I feel great!!!
So my message to fat fuckers like Polo is get yourself fit and save the working man on our NHS tax bill!!!
