OT- Rangers Newco

With Rangers newco having to apply for admission into the Scottish leagues would you welcome them to make an application to join the English pyramid? Is this even possible? If so, where would they start off and would lower league clubs welcome them? I'm sure many Conference club supporters would relish the opportunity to travel to Ibrox for a match despite the fact that it would be one more strong team to challenge for promotion.

In the long run, a Rangers team in the premier league might even appeal to Rangers supporters.
