just been looking on oddschecker. city are only 9/2 to get promoted. short odds. they are 12/1 to be champions. might put a few quid on them getting promoted but expected better odds than that. the bookies obviously rate us as a good tip for the forthcoming season.

wait until other teams sign a few players, and then youll get better odds

The odd are about right. Like most championship seasons I think it will be very difficult to predict, like last season where everyone though Leicester would do well because of the millions they spent.
