Hi all,
I'm looking to design and sell a few CCFC tshirts, just hoping someone could clear up exactly whats copyrighted and what isn't?
The badge itself is obviously off limits (not that I'd want to print it) but what about the words 'Bluebirds', 'CCFC' and the Bluebird logo etc.

It's not just about copyright. Copyright is just one branch of Intellectual Property and trademarks is another. Registered trademarks can be found on the UKIPO website and they can have permanent protection if still in use.
Copyright is something else and has an expiry date.
