Very true! It's all good and well that the fans gets excited about big name signings. But I don't believe that would be the way forward. I do like the way malky does business. The sort of player he is linked with always seem to fit the mentality that all fans want. And all are very young. so he is obviously here for the long term and is building for the future. I agree...Exciting Times!

Correct. if he continues to improve at his current rate, he is going to be some player. he exceeded all expectations last season.

Does anybody know if there are any other promising youngsters that could possibly make an appearance at some point next season?

Stay here and progress or Leave, these guys if they go the right way are going to be chased my Arsenal.
I really hope they all stay. Give it 2/3 seasons these guys will know the league and smash it.

Gunnarsson is already there. Hes getting better. He works hard and performs and is passionate.
Mason is just a quiet little bug that just don't stop and is always aiming higher and can only get better.
Ralls needs time but hes very young and has been thrown in the deep end but he will be a great player no doubt.
Mutch well I hope he gets a few games in Pre Season. Needs stability in his career. Hope we provide it.
Harris, from what I heard hes got a lot to offer and I think no matter the experience a young winger of his age can be good.
Kiss well hes got learning curve in his career. Hes got something. Hes got this time to learn and progress next season.
Blake been with us for a while. We know what he can offer. Just needs a position he can stick at here.

As has been said, if they continue progressing the way they are )and Malky certainly
seems to have the knack of bringing young players on) then we could have a nucleus
of excellent young players ready for Premiership football in twelve months? We're
talking £15-20m in the bank if that happens

Also a great thing to know is that these 7 player have only commanded a combined fee of about £2m. And that is with Mutch costing half that amount himself. Malky should be on bargain hunt!!!!!!

If a team came in now for Ben Turner and Joe Mason then a fee combining both would be 8million.
