Unlike previous years, I won't be buying a home shirt this year as I am not prepared to subject my father and son to any abuse I honestly feel will be forthcoming if I wear one. Many will dismiss this but I know a few people who will be doing the same.
It's one thing to worry about away supporters but so very sad to feel the need to worry about your own supporters

I don 't think there will be any issues.
If VT sorts out our future and we get a couple more decent signings I can see football kicking in again.....
I am in the reluctant camp IF we get rid of Sam (AGAIN) and Malky gets a few quid to spend without having to sell.

I'm anti-rebrand but anyone who has a go at people wearing red should be strung up

abusing dads with their kids because they are wearing a red shirt is madness

You can guarantee the kids will want the latest top, it will be a sad day if people make them feel uncomfortable about wearing them.
One of the things I find strange, is some of those making the most fuss, have never been seen at a game in a club top, but many are swearing to wear the old blue one this season, even if it is the first time they have done it, surely this could lead to extra income for the club when all these previous no shirt wearers have to buy the old shirt just to wear it this year.
Doesn't that seem a bit strange.

I always wear my blue top to games or one of the sweatshirts with the bluebird on
last one I had was grey
reflects my mood at the moment

Sadly I think your right to a degree but with some good results it just might blow over.
