keep blue campaign

Sat Jun 23, 2012 9:12 am

I no some feel strongly about it,but is a campaign the the right way to do it,we are in red this season that cant be changed ,we havent had full investment of vincent tan yet, what if he sees it has a campaign against him,and pulls out. Would nt it be best to wait till tan turns his debt to equity,so the clubs future is secure, then try and get blue back through meetings with club at end of season.

the campaign as u call it, is not against Tan or the malaysians. It is a peaceful group aimed at lobbying the club or peaceful protest in a bid to get our colours back.....we are thankful for the malaysians and hope they do uphold their promises. That has nothing to do with colours or our badge.

But the campaign is saying dont spend money in club, hit the club in the pockets, how would u feel if u invested 100 mill, and fans stopped spending in club.why campaign now when red cant be changed

Id think, this change to red meant more to people than i realised and i should sit and talk with the fans properly.

Because the badge is shite, the colour change idea is shite and it needs to be opposed.

I agree mate, though i want us back to blue ASAP. But its done and we need to box clever as fans, nothing is going to change this season for sure, so as i used to tell my troops, " IF YOU CAN'T KEEP UP, YOU BETTER FOOKING HANG ON" :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

But would u keep putting money in knowing fans are not.and what would happen if he did stop investing.

The time to get back to blue is when the debt is turned turned to equity, and by meeting club in my opinion

what happens if that doesnt happen though, we have changed on promises that are so far empty...the longer we r in red the less chance we have to change their minds.

But if tan turns debt to equity like he says then he cant just walk away,we will have a quality squad, new training ground, debt free.then would be time when we are fianancially secure.

Why are you lobbying the club as you say, the club didn't want to change, it wasn't their decision. :old:

Look, you really are missing the point, we can't change from red this season no matter what, it is registered with the League and can't be changed until next season at the earliest.

Im not missing any point Gwyn.....its called planning. So by your logic we shouldnt start "campaigning" until next season? We will "campaign" as long as it takes, if it hasnt changed in 10 years ill still be "campaigning" and i will continue to do so until Im on deaths door.

My main concern is we are being labelled as "anti-malaysian" and thats really not the case, of course there are some but KEEP CARDIFF BLUE is not a anti-malaysian group , just anti rebrand
