Well i have followed Cardiff City for 40 years, i want to stay blue but not at the expense of possibly losing a £100 million pound investment and finally seeing my club debt free, i,m prepared to give VT the benefit of the doubt at the moment and see where it takes us, now going by your logic where does that put me????

People have different views on what a true fan is I guess.

Can you really trust these people they didnt have the balls to put they money where they mouth was in jan crazy to trust them
Wed Jun 20, 2012 4:52 pm
I'm a true fan but I back the rebranding because I've looked into EVERY element of it, especially the financial fair play rules which are behind this whole thing. If you don't know them inside and out and you are still backing blue, I'd have a read first

The problem is with people of either camp claiming only people like them are "true fans".
I'm completely supportive of the changes, but would never dare claim people who are not are therefore not true fans - it's a ludicrous thing to say, in my view.
We all need to respect each other's views, whichever side of the divide we happen to be over this re-branding
We're all true city fans if we've got season tickets at City

a true fan is someone who pays his money and surports the team on the pitch i think ,blue or red people who are asking for season tickets are not true fans

I guess you are on about refunds even though you didnt post that.
I think thats a complete load of shite to be fair people who are refunding their season tickets because of the rebranding (not for any other reason) are more of a fan than the people just accepting the rebrand. They are prepared to give up something they love for a club and a history that they believe in where as a lot of posters on here just cling to the promise of VT's money no matter what the real cost to the club.
Principles are something that can't be bought.
