"A special guest was in town recently and it was none other than Jose Mourinho himself.
The Real Madrid manager flew into the capital for a brief visit after a special invitation by Singapore tycoon Peter Lim to attend an event relating to the Singapore Olympic Foundation —Peter Lim Scholarship — in Singapore.
Berjaya Group founder Tan Sri Vincent Tan, who is also a passionate football fan and who owns Cardiff City football club, hosted a private dinner for Mourinho when he was in town.
Also present at the dinner were Star Publications (M) Bhd executive deputy chairman Datuk Vincent Lee, group managing director and chief executive officer Ho Kay Tat and executive director and group chief editor Datuk Seri Wong Chun Wai.
All smiles: Tan poses for a memento picture with Mourinho during a private dinner at Berjaya Hotel.
Mourinho, the former boss of Porto, Chelsea and Inter Milan, spoke on a wide variety of topics during a short press conference before the dinner.
He emphasised that he wished to manage a national team one day and that “the team has to be Portugal”.
Asked if he would consider managing England, Mourinho said he would but it would be after he managed his home nation, Portugal.
But Mourinho was quick to stress that he is not done yet with club management, saying it would be a good 10 to 15 years before he would consider taking charge of a national team.
“I have just signed a four-year contract extension with Real Madrid that will keep me there until 2016. I am happy there,” he said.
As for the ongoing Euro 2012, Mourinho hoped that Portugal would win the title, although he acknowledged that Spain and Germany were the favourites."

No not specifically you tw*t and that's not what was said in the original post but who's to say tan and mourinho didn't talk about possibilities for the future when he hosted a private dinner for mourinho, whatever was talked about and discussed would only be positive for Cardiff city football club anyhow.

You serious?
What am I going to do with my Mourinho mask, shirt with his name on and "Special One" scarf that I've ordered? Shocking.

f**k me firstly secondly thirdly you can count can you? Ofcourse mourinho ain't gonna be the new manager he's got years left on his contract with real Madrid and if you can read I didn't say he was gonna be the next manager but who's to say tan didn't mention it as a possibily for years down the line, still a long shot and I doubt it would ever happen but tan mixing with the likes of the manager of real madrid could only be positive for Cardiff city and u can't deny that waddle so jog on back to wind street see if u can sell some pegs to get yourself a 10pound bag
