Sorry to post a non football related topic, but my son has just finished his exams and is looking for work.
Does anyone have any suggestions where he could apply?
thanks.

I know it's a pain but get him to walk into every shop and office near by or in Cardiff city centre. He won't have a c.v as such yet but get him to suite up and take a letter in about himself and give it to the manager. I used to be an employer and I took a 16 year old on purely on appearance and the letter she bought in. turned out a real gem. If he is confident and smart looking at the time he shows a good chance of something!!

Hi mate, I work for Careers Wales, we help 16 to 18 year olds do CV's and help them look for work, have a look on our website as well for Apprenticeships and Jobs Growth Wales jobs (new government initiative)

Take him to Career Wales, normally got apprenticeships for 16-18 year olds.
Or take him to join the RAF or Navy to learn a trade.
