Cardiff will open their 2012/13 Championship season with a home game against newly-promoted Huddersfield before heading for the south coast to face Brighton in their opening away match.
But all eyes will be trained on the third game of their season as they make the short hop for the first 'Severnside' derby of the campaign against Bristol City to close out August.
September begins with a home game against relegated Wolves with Leeds next to visit the Cardiff City Stadium before a Tuesday night trip to London to face Millwall.
Three days before Christmas they kick off their festive programme with a trip to Leicester, with Crystal Palace visiting South Wales on Boxing Day and Millwall there on 29th December. The New Year starts with a trip to St Andrew's to face Birmingham.
Cardiff have two of their last three games away from home, with a trip to Burnley followed by a home game against relegated Bolton before the season concludes with the long journey to Hull.
