You don't mention in your blog Steve that your in the red camp and are gladly supporting the change to red, which is your decision obviously but could be relevant due to the content?

Also, more importantly - you mention that we won't know if the rebranding fails or succeeds until later in the future, personally I think it won't fail because VT won't let it fail! He has enough financial backing behind him to manipulate whether it works or not. Malaysian business men of VT's stature won't let anything get in the way of their vision or be seen as failures.

Other than that you have obviously taken some time to put a thoughtful piece together and I agree with all the infighting content of it. Bickering between fans is sadly at an all time high.

That was the point though, it wasnt about whether you are red or blue. I didn't leave it out because I was hiding it, I left it out because the point was no matter what you're backing, it's important we don't argue with each other.

I thought it was a good artical. You made an excellent point that the acid test for the rebranding was whether or not it succeeds.

I also agree that the deed is done and there is nothing we can do about it, except to quietly lobby for change in the future.
