Keith's a top guy but in my opinion he's misjudged the element of this years deficit being partly down to paying off old debts, which means the figure will be over £5m. None of us will know this figure until we see the full 2012 accounts, but i reckon its a few million, as there were still old stadium debts, tranfer fees etc.. left in 2011.

It also will depend on the wage bill taken on and any loan/agent fees etc.. all this would come off a transfer fund.
