The problem is that some would think that their name calling is humour. One persons definition of humour is different to the next. Very fine line between joking and causing offence?

How long you got and where do you want me to start.

To be honest, I find that when people resort to name calling, it's usually because they have lost the argument and got no valid points to put forward and name calling is their only come back.

I do think however, that making everyone accountable and traceable so the board over seer can get in touch directly, because at th end of the day, posters can cause legal and other problems for the site owner.

As someone up above said, there is a fine line between serious name calling and jest name calling so make of it what you will, however if you get reported for name calling then I'm sure the moderators will decide if it was serious or in jest. Do you get what I'm trying to say?

I've had people calling me all manner of things for my views - and the worst of all, someone even dared to call me a Jack and a Scouser Now that really is out of order

Seriously though, I'm fairly thick skinned and will ignore most things, but it has got out of hand and this thread should be made an announcement for a few days.

I've never had a mod or Annis ever be unreasonable with me though.

I never use to call other people names , but cos of my views about my country and my love for it, and the hate I have for people who put Wales and the langugae down, I also started to return it, and ban me if you like its no problem to me, BUT!
