Can't quite understand?

Sat Jun 16, 2012 1:23 pm

Having read Carl's post and recent comment on the club's plan to talk to fans about rebranding etc how is this going to be instigated. Surely if the owners are trying to be more DEMOCRATIC then every Cardii supporter should be given a right to vote on any/all future proposals. I REALLY am trying not to be negative I just can't see how this can be done.

Didn't you read the bit that they will do an online poll using season ticket holders AND fans on the database

Lets be honest how many Cardiff fans like and were asked if they like the new badge that has been forced on us ?

Lets be honest how many Cardiff fans were asked about our colour being stripped from us ?

They never consulted with us this time, so how and why will they consult with us for the season after, even Gwyn said in the meeting Vincent Tan is GOD , no one questions what he says and what VT says goes.

At the end of the day it does not matter the board/ owners did the re brand regardless of the fans wishes. I think all season ticket holders could have had an input as to their thoughts re the re brand and if they were in favour or not. Presumably the board were frightened of the possible outcome, I.e disagreement. The re branding certainly could have been handled better with better consultation.

So what will the fans who act as representatives with the club be discussing? and how will they pass that info. on to others to discuss/think about? and will that then be taken back to the club? I can see this being a long-winded process. Of course I would love all of this to result in the MAJORITY being happy......please god.

Very valid points Annis. Even after weeks of DEBATE  the changes will go ahead and I believe that while many discussions will ensue between supporters representatives and the club the main core of the rebranding will STILL go ahead. If that is the case then the only compromise will be what design RED shirt will we have/what design DRAGON badge. If that is to be the case then lets hope we end up with better than we've been given. p.s I for one really liked the RED/BLUE shirt that the young 17 year old lad came up with a few weeks ago....and some of the badge designs have been a massive improvement. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
